Poor customer service from associate Raeshana and other young lady working the evening of 8/17/17. The initial use of foul language wasn't directed to me, but Ms. Raeshawna definitely used foul language which took me out of my usual character and I gave it right back to her. Clearly she was more interested in her personal cell phone conversation (she never took the ear buds from her ears nor did she end her phone call, she kept talking on her cell while assisting me) more than she was interested in displaying good customer service. Not sure if Avenue does hospitality training but if so, Raeshawna (sp) would hopefully benefit.
I'll be back to shop more stuff when I visit the states again!
