Miles, a library employee, continued to speak loudly about my account balance despite the fact I asked him to please lower his voice twice and that I do not need everyone knowing my business. I continued to say that I know I am not the only one who owes money and that he is being very rude. smh. Very disrespectful indeed!
This Library is VERRRRYYYYYYY NOSEY!!!!!Children running around unattended, people are always talking loudly on cell phones at the computer stations. NOT a great place to study or try to get any work done!!!Last time I checked the library was supposed to be a quiet place this is more like a playground and daycare center!!
3 study rooms (2 that fit 2 and the other that could hold a larger group) that were not completely soundproof but did well blocking most of the noise out. They had a nice selection of video games for rent and had 3 different consoles attached to projectors for ppl to play. There is a large open area with tables for you to sit at and a section for story time for younger children. They have a time after school where teens can go and play games, have free snacks and do art. That time period can get a little noisy but I think its an acceptable trade off for a valuable service
They are consistently updating with new technology. They have a wide range of books. When i place items on hold, the are organized and neat. There are a lot of computers. There are many different events to benefit children, teens, adults, and seniors. They have events for the community to help with employment. As soon as you walk in, there is a community board and area with different resources.
My favorite library! I love the self service checkout. Theres never a long wait for the computers. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Storyville is a awesome perm for the kids
I have been coming to this library for years and this is the first time I have EVER had a problem with an employee at this branch.
