The new spacious seating with motorized- reclining seats means there is no possibility of being kicked in the back of your seat (unless the person is over 7' tall and careless). There were no disruptions or rude patrons. This is definitely a welcome change from the old. Security is definitely worth giving another visit if you haven't been in a while.
I remember when cards weren't accepted here and tickets weren't sold on Fandango to their shows. Unfortunately there is still a bottleneck when it comes to entering with a pre-purchased-electronic ticket confirmation. For some reason, this theater's ticket purchase doesn't generate a QR code (perhaps because they haven't upgraded to the scanners to read them), but it does take a little longer for the confirmation code to be entered manually into their system, but it's still progress.
Very nice experience. I appreciate the changes/updates/upgrades done here in recent years.
I really enjoy the improvements, I use to drive all the way to Towsontown Theater....This is a lot closer and the recliner seats and the reserve seating and with me being a Stubbs Member just makes it better. They could be a little faster at the concession stand, but all in all, GOOD TO GO..
MUCH better since remodel. I stopped going here but a friend told me they remodeled so I tried it out. Place is clean and meets expectations. Staff is friendly and helpful. I usually go during off peak times to avoid crowds. Seats are nice and comfy. Food was hot.
Indeed, there were many improvements since I last visited - it has been many, many years. The seats were very comfortable; and I like being able to enjoy a cocktail before the movie and take it in with me. However, service at the snack line was extremely slow. Only 2 people working for an evening showing of a very popular movie - Girl Trip.
Literally avoided this theatre for a decade until today. I was pleasantly suprised! We received our food fast, theatre was clean and the reclining seats were very comfortable. I will definitely be back.
