The food in this little pavilion is extremely underrated. It's not the prettiest location but what part of Windsor Mill is? Stop recommend the Peruvian place.
It is a small shopping court with small and somewhat unique shops. Dunken donate and Danish food is there and there are 3-4 places to eat. It is conveniently located across the mall and accessable form the N Rolling road. Try the famous cheese stake in Danish food.
Nice shopping center. The dunkin donuts food and coffee always hot and fresh.. the Chinese carry out food is good and tasty.
